1. Trial Period and Cancellation
MediCareBot offers a 14-day free trial for new users to explore the platform’s features. During this period, you can cancel your subscription at any time without any charge.
- Trial Period: Users are entitled to a 14-day free trial from the date of account registration.
- Cancellation During the Trial: You can cancel your subscription within the trial period, and you will not be charged. To cancel, contact us at support@medicarebot.live before the trial expires.
2. Subscription Billing Cycles
After the 14-day trial period, your subscription to MediCareBot will automatically convert to a paid subscription based on the plan selected during registration (monthly or annual). Billing will occur on the first day after the trial ends and on the same day of each billing cycle thereafter.
- Monthly Billing: Charges will be made monthly on the same calendar day each month, based on the subscription start date.
- Annual Billing: Charges will be made annually on the same date each year, based on the subscription start date.
3. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is based on the following conditions:
3.1. Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the platform experiences persistent technical problems that prevent its core features (e.g., patient scheduling, engagement automation) from functioning, and these issues cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may request a refund.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If MediCareBot fails to deliver the agreed services as part of your plan, you are entitled to a refund.
To request a refund, please contact support@medicarebot.live within 30 days of the issue arising, providing details and proof of the problem.
3.2. Pro-Rated Refunds
In cases where you choose to cancel your subscription after the trial period or within the billing cycle, pro-rated refunds are generally not available. However, under special circumstances (e.g., significant service disruption), partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for unused months of annual plans.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Cancellation after Trial: If you do not cancel during the trial period and your subscription converts to a paid one, you will not be eligible for a refund for the ongoing billing period.
- Change of Mind: Once your billing cycle has started, you cannot receive a refund simply for changing your mind or deciding you no longer wish to use the service.
- Early Cancellation of Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service.
5. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Email Us: Send a cancellation request to support@medicarebot.live with your account details and reason for cancellation.
- Automatic Cancellation: If your account remains inactive for an extended period (6 months without use), MediCareBot reserves the right to cancel your account. A notification will be sent prior to any such action.
6. Subscription Plan Changes
- Upgrading: If you choose to upgrade your plan (e.g., from monthly to annual), the new charges will take effect immediately, and the unused portion of the previous plan will be credited towards your new plan.
- Downgrading: If you downgrade your subscription, the change will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
